Request a Proclamation

The City of Porterville honors many local and national organizations, events, and individuals for outstanding humanitarian efforts and achievements by presenting them with an official proclamation from the City Council. 

To request a proclamation please complete and submit a Proclamation Request form.  It is recommended that requests be submitted 3-4 weeks prior to the date you wish to receive the document. 

The completed request form can be mailed, e-mailed or hand delivered to the City Clerk’s office, and is subject to the Mayor’s approval.
